Savings enrolled first

We enroll eligible commercially insured patients in the manufacturer's copay program before the first fill goes out, and screen for foundation and patient assistance options when copay cards don't apply.

Verified cold chain

Refrigerated 2-8°C storage, temperature-monitored transport, insulated phase-change packs - not an ice pack in a paper bag.

Prior auth & step therapy

We identify step-therapy requirements immediately and send your prescriber's office everything their staff needs to submit. We track the decision and call you either way.

What we dispense

Cosentyx (secukinumab)

An interleukin-17A inhibitor available as a Sensoready pen, prefilled syringe, and UnoReady pen across multiple strengths. Loading and maintenance schedules vary by indication and are set by your prescriber; we time deliveries to match.

Tremfya (guselkumab)

An interleukin-23 inhibitor available as a One-Press injector and prefilled syringe, with maintenance dosing typically every eight weeks in plaque psoriasis. We handle refill outreach so an eight-week interval never turns into twelve.

Safety

Biologics that modulate the immune system can increase the risk of infection, and screening - including for tuberculosis - is typically required before starting. Your prescriber determines whether one of these therapies is appropriate for you. This page does not recommend a specific therapy and is not a substitute for their judgment.

Self-pay pricing shown is an estimate and is subject to change without notice. A valid prescription is required. Self-pay prices cannot be combined with insurance. Manufacturer savings offers have eligibility requirements and exclude beneficiaries of federal or state healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Your final out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan and eligibility.
