Delivery in New York

Our service area is New York only. We offer free same-day and next-day delivery across New York City. Call to confirm delivery timing for your New York address; timing depends on location, prescription readiness, and pharmacy hours.

GLP-1 medications and biologics that require refrigeration receive temperature-controlled, cold-chain handling at 36–46°F (2–8°C), following the medication's storage requirements. Refrigerated prescriptions are packed in insulated packaging for delivery.

ID and/or a signature may be required on delivery. Contact us promptly if a package is damaged, delayed, or has a temperature concern, and ask a pharmacist before using the medication.

Prescription medications

For safety and legal reasons, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left the pharmacy. If you believe there was a dispensing error or a problem with your order, contact the pharmacy immediately so we can review it and discuss appropriate next steps.

Over-the-counter products

Contact the pharmacy before bringing back an over-the-counter (OTC) product. Unopened OTC items may be considered for return after the pharmacy reviews the item and proof of purchase. Opened items are not eligible. We will explain the available return options when you contact us.
