Same-day prior-authorization support

The prior authorization is the prescriber office's to submit. We help and support your office so it is completed the same day: we identify the PA requirement when the prescription arrives, send the plan's exact criteria, the correct form, and the documentation we have, then track status and follow up.

We do not submit authorizations on a prescriber's behalf and cannot guarantee approval.

Prescriber FAQs

Which HIV and PrEP medications do you stock?

We stock Biktarvy and Symtuza for HIV treatment and Descovy for PrEP. Inventory changes daily, so call for a live stock check before a start date.

How do patients get to $0 out of pocket?

Most commercially insured patients pay $0 with the manufacturer copay card or Gilead Advancing Access. Patients without drug coverage may qualify for Ready, Set, PrEP, ADAP, or manufacturer assistance. We check eligibility on every fill; terms apply.

How do you protect patient confidentiality?

Deliveries go out in plain packaging, consultations are private, and we never discuss patient details over WhatsApp or SMS. Patient information is handled under HIPAA.

How do you support PrEP refill continuity and labs?

We send refill reminders ahead of each fill and coordinate with your office when updated labs are needed before the next fill, so gaps are less likely.

How do we refer a patient?

Send the prescription by Surescripts, fax, or phone. We run the claim, flag any PA requirement and send your office the criteria and form the same day, enroll assistance, and contact the patient discreetly.
