Why refer your patients to us
- Benefits investigation before we quote, so your patient hears a real number, not an estimate.
- Copay card and foundation enrollment handled on every fill - $0 for most commercially insured patients.
- Biosimilar substitution handled per your prescription and the plan formulary, with your office informed.
- New-to-therapy onboarding: injection training and refill synchronization.
- Monitored 2-8C storage and free cold-chain delivery across New York City.
- A pharmacist on the phone who knows your patient's file.
Same-day prior-authorization support
The prior authorization is the prescriber office's to submit. We help and support your office so it is completed the same day: we identify the PA requirement when the prescription arrives, send the plan's exact criteria, the correct form, and the documentation we have, then track status and follow up.
We do not submit authorizations on a prescriber's behalf and cannot guarantee approval.
Access & savings programs
Benefits investigation
We run the claim and confirm coverage, deductible, and PA requirements before quoting the patient.
Manufacturer copay cards
Most commercially insured patients pay $0-$5 per fill after enrollment. Card terms and annual maximums apply.
PAP & foundation enrollment
For underinsured or uninsured patients, we help identify manufacturer patient assistance and independent foundation support.
Bridge & free-trial programs
Where a manufacturer offers bridge or quick-start supply while coverage is pending, we help the patient and your office use it.
Manufacturer copay/savings programs are not valid for patients enrolled in federal healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).

What do patients typically pay out of pocket?
Most commercially insured patients pay $0-$5 per fill once enrolled in the manufacturer copay card. Underinsured patients may qualify for foundation or patient assistance support. Final cost depends on the plan and program terms; we run benefits before quoting.
How do you onboard patients new to therapy?
A pharmacist reviews storage and injection technique, offers injection training, and sets up refill synchronization so doses arrive on schedule.
How do you help with prior authorizations?
The PA is your office's to submit. We identify the requirement when the script arrives, send the plan's criteria, the correct form, and the documentation we hold, then track status and follow up so it can be completed the same day. We do not submit authorizations for you and cannot guarantee approval.
How are biologics delivered?
Biologics are held at 2-8C in monitored refrigeration and delivered in insulated packs with phase-change coolants, free same-day or next-day across New York City.
