Why refer your patients to us

  • Pens and oral options checked against live inventory before your patient is told to pick up.
  • A pharmacist answers the phone - no phone tree, no offshore call center.
  • Every available savings path checked on every fill: commercial copay cards, NovoCare, LillyDirect, and cash.
  • Dose-escalation refills synchronized so patients do not stall between strengths.
  • Free same-day and next-day cold-chain delivery across New York City.
  • Status updates back to your office, not just to the patient.

Same-day prior-authorization support

The prior authorization is the prescriber office's to submit. We help and support your office so it is completed the same day: we identify the PA requirement when the prescription arrives, send the plan's exact criteria, the correct form, and the documentation we have, then track status and follow up.

We do not submit authorizations on a prescriber's behalf and cannot guarantee approval.

Access & savings programs

NovoCare self-pay

Novo Nordisk's self-pay pathway for Wegovy and Ozempic pens. We confirm the current price by strength before the fill.

LillyDirect self-pay

Eli Lilly's direct self-pay program for Zepbound vials. We help patients enroll; vials ship from the manufacturer program.

Commercial copay cards

Applied for commercially insured patients with coverage, with the card terms explained before the first fill.

Medicare bridge programs

For Medicare patients, we review current bridge and coverage options, which differ from commercial copay cards.

Self-pay / cash pricing

We navigate to the lowest current price by strength. See our pricing pages for current self-pay amounts.

Manufacturer copay/savings programs are not valid for patients enrolled in federal healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).

Prescriber FAQs

Do you have Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro in stock?

We stock all four pens plus oral options, but inventory changes daily. Call (646) 370-5978 or message us on WhatsApp for a live stock check by strength before committing a patient to a start date.

How does self-pay pricing work, and where can my staff see it?

Self-pay prices depend on the medication, strength, and available manufacturer programs. Our pricing pages list current self-pay prices by strength for Wegovy and Ozempic, Zepbound KwikPen, Zepbound vials and Mounjaro, and oral GLP-1s. Prices are subject to change; call to confirm today's price.

What options are there for Medicare patients?

Manufacturer copay cards cannot be used by Medicare patients. We review current Medicare bridge programs and coverage options with the patient and share what we find with your office. Eligibility and terms apply, and coverage is never guaranteed.

How do we refer a patient, and what happens next?

Send the prescription by Surescripts, fax, or phone. We check stock, run the claim, identify any PA requirement and send your office the criteria and form the same day, then contact the patient about cost and delivery.

How are GLP-1 pens delivered?

Pens are stored at 2-8C in monitored refrigeration and delivered in insulated packs with phase-change coolants. Delivery is free same-day or next-day across New York City.
